If your purchase isn’t right for your wardrobe, Don’t worry!
You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and within 21 days of receiving the order back from the customer.
Please be aware that your refund may take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account
What is our returns policy?
In the event that you would like to return your item we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
How do I return an Item?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting
Please take extra care when trying your items on.
Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty).
We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting & Wardrobe by Simone will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us at: email@example.com, typically we aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
What are my cancellation rights?
You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via our Facebook page within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale
